Before anything else, we need to see your dog as they actually are, not how you describe them on a form. Behaviour modification is what's needed when standard training isn't enough. When the issue isn't 'my dog doesn't know the command', it's 'my dog has a pattern so ingrained that nothing shifts it.' These cases need a protocol, not a programme. Danny has rehabilitated dogs that other trainers have labelled dangerous, unworkable, or beyond help.
