These terms and conditions govern the provision of dog training services by Unleashed K9.

1. Bookings

1.1 All training begins with an Initial Assessment, which must be booked in advance.

1.2 Booking requests are accepted at the Trainer's discretion.

1.3 No booking shall be accepted for any breed of dog prohibited under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

1.4 Clients must ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 The Client must:

• Ensure all terms of the booking and provided information are accurate
• Cooperate with the Trainer in all matters pertaining to the training services
• Satisfy themselves that their dog is fit, healthy, and free from disease
• Inform the Trainer of any known behavioural issues, medical conditions, or allergies
• Provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations when requested

3. Payment

3.1 Charges are calculated on a per session basis and must be paid in full as part of the booking request.

3.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.3 We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash.

4. Photography & Media

4.1 We may take photographs or video during training sessions for use on our website and social media channels.

4.2 Clients may refuse this permission in writing at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Liability

6.1 While we take every precaution to ensure safety, dog training involves inherent risks. Clients accept these risks when booking our services.

6.2 Clients are responsible for their dog at all times, including during training sessions.

6.3 We carry professional liability insurance for all training activities.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1 Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies when the client has followed the training plan, attended all recommended sessions, and implemented techniques between sessions.

7.2 The guarantee provides additional training sessions at no cost, not financial refunds, unless otherwise agreed.
